I've got an issue at work work where when I'm trying to type in an email address instead of using SHIFT + 2 to make the @ symbol...I have to use SHIFT + ' key instead and vice versa...I think there might be other issues. I've already tried a different keyboard. I've scanned for malware with malware bytes and did get rid of just 4 infections. What else can I do to fix this?

You probably have the wrong keyboard layout

From the tag it looks like you are referring to Windows XP, English I assume.

Your machine thinks your keyboard layout is "English, UK", change it.

You're using a US (or international) keyboard, but your keyboard is set to UK. Go to Control Panel > Regional/language settings > Keyboard, and change it to US :)

SHIFT + 2 is the US Keyboard Layout, and SHIFT + ' is the UK layout.

Sounds like someone changed the layout (it's machine specific, not user specific so if an Administrator changes the layout it affects anyone logging on).

Your flange spiggot is mounted at an angle, fix it with a flange spiggot adjustor. Your IT department will have one, call them!
