Action Center warning, MSE not activated

Finally I found the solution to my problem. Defender is not supposed to run when MSE is installed but I just tried to start the Windows Defender service. The service starts and is stopped automatically as it is not needed. But after rebooting, several times, everything seems to be working as it should. Just a random test that worked!
