These drivers are excellent. For me with my surround monitor setup I no longer BSOD when I activate NVIDIA Surround and the task bar is finally centred on the middle display!

Updating now but the release notes don't look much different than 301.24. I never had any issues with that release so I'm hoping I just see some improvements.

Weirdly installing this broke my sound card drivers. Fortunately uninstalling and reinstalling them did the trick - heads up if you have an X-Fi on Windows 7.

Did you try not installing the HD Sound or whatever they call it in their drivers? That could have definitely been the reason your sound card stopped working, although it should not interfere, that would be my guess. If you do a custom install on the drivers, you can pick and choose what aspects you want to install. If you have a sound card, I am going to go out on a limb (since I do as well) and take a guess that you use it and not HDMI for your sound, which is the only reason from my understanding to install the Nvidia sound drivers that come packaged with the driver, if you use HDMI out from the graphics card itself.
