It was Japan's Ministry of International Trade and Industry that temporarily placed the console on an export restriction to anywhere because it's high-speed graphic processing supposedly could be used for missile guidance. It was later allowed for export to the US, Europe, and other allies but still restricted for some countries like Iraq. Did the US lobby for that? Probably but it's weird to word your comment like the US had total over that. 

I'd prefer Adobe to finally port all their aps for ARM, like they did on MacOS.

"it opens up new doors for people who prefer using Edge, but cannot be bothered to configure a Microsoft account" Isn't the point of using an alternative to Google Chrome to specifically not use Google's products?

I don't use Windows anymore but my biggest issue with Files was how slow and laggy it was. Has there been any progress in that area?
