Tips on cooling my desktop

I was wondering if I can get help on cooling my desktop. My idle temperature is about 40C and the load temperature is about 60C. I personally find this too hot, but it is summer in Canada and my room itself is very hot.

Here is how my cooling is set up:

Intake: 3x Antec TriCool 120mm running at medium. 28dBa.

Exhaust: 1x Antec TriCool 200mm running at medium/high. 28dBa.

CPU cooler: Antec Kuhler 620.

I was considering upgrading the fans, but I have not found fans that are as quiet. On medium they are at 28dBa. On high they are at 29-30dBa which I find to be really loud. Can anyone recommend some good fans that are reasonably priced that are quiet?

I will consider undervolting. I just need to read up on it more. Now I just want to cool the PC as much as possible.

RAM: 16GB Kingston DDR3 at 800MHz

HDD: WD 1TB Green Drive

GPU: Gigabyte Radeon HD6770

I thought the rule of thumb was in through the front, out through the back, and the top is a nice little bonus?

Shouldn't the back fan be an exhaust fan too? That's the way it is on mine; both my top and back fans push air out, otherwise, that hot air blowing out the top, is going to accumulate above you.

You should reverse the direction of the fans going out the back. It's likely that you are causing a pressure pocket since the side fans are pushing air into each other. It's not going to make an earth shattering difference, but the general rule is air in from the front and out at the back (and/or top). Heat rises, so thermodynamics should be accounted for.

Regarding the fans, look into GentleTyphoon.They will definitely move air much better than the ones you have in there now.
