Orcs Must Die! 2

About the Game:

Orcs Must Die! 2 thrusts players and their friends back into battle against a terrifying mob of orcs and other monsters. With a redesigned spellbook, players will have a broader range of options to build a deadly arsenal of defenses. Investing hard-earned skulls in an enormous new upgrade system will allow players to cater to their favorite methods of burning, grinding, tossing, or dismembering orcs.

Orcs Must Die! 2 begins days after the ending of the original game. With the rifts closed and the magical Order dead, the War Mage finds himself suddenly thrust into a new battle against the mindless orc mob. He has a powerful, if questionable, new companion in the Sorceress, an ex-War Mage responsible for the destruction of the Order.

Key Features:

  • Co-Op! - Play as the War Mage, the headstrong hero who charges into danger, or play as the more strategic Sorceress who keeps the mob at bay with mind-control and magic.
  • Story-based Campaign ? Pick up where the original game left off with a brand new story-based campaign that you can play in Single-Player or Co-Op!
  • Endless Mode - Play alone or join a friend to put your skills to the test against endless waves of increasingly difficult enemies.
  • Classic Mode - Steam players who own the original Orcs Must Die! will automatically unlock co-op versions of 10 fan-favorite levels from the original game featuring new enemies!
  • Over 20 Deadly Enemies - Face an army of vile new creatures like Earth Elementals, Trolls, and Bile Bats. And they?ve brought all of your favorite trap-fodder from the original Orcs Must Die! along with them!
  • More than 50 Traps, Weapons, and Guardians ? Choose from an enormous armory of new and classic defenses, including an all new assortment of magical trinkets.
  • Massive Upgrade System ? With more than 225 persistent trap and weapon upgrades to unlock, you can build an arsenal perfectly suited to your slaying style.
  • Extensive Replayability ? Multiple game modes, ?Nightmare? difficulty, and an enormous skull-ranking system provide hours of replayability.
  • Scoring System and Leaderboard ? Compete with your friends for supremacy on single-player and co-op leaderboards!

All I kept thinking about during the first one was how incredibly awesome it would be if it had co-op. My wishes came true! Well, not my wishes specifically. More likely, those of which played the first game. I tried demo and it seems great. There is definitely strategy involved. I am glad the game does not take it very easy on you and that you have to just set your traps and be prepared to kill all the orcs.

Just a note, I was getting frustrated with getting low skulls ratings when completing a level. I figured out it was because I was killing the orcs before they ever reached my traps. You get a lot more points if you let the traps kill them. I'm an avid FPS player, so I was just picking them off. Oh, one thing that sucks is that so far, headshots are not implemented in the game, it seems. Maybe that will change. Who knows? Great game, regardless.

Ok so been playing some of this today, and so far its the same game as the 1st, but with more polish and new mechanics.

Headshots are in but you need to upgrade to be able to pull them off.

Almost every system except your spellbook has changed. More of the same level wise except level traps, minecarts etc.

So far so good, its a great game and deffo worth the ?12 or so. The original and its expansion are both excellent aswell, so if your bored and in need of some new pc games. The pair of them play almost as one game.

Still to check the 2nds co-op mode, I just hope its not all idiots or noobs even noobier than i.

Fyi I got rid of the blunderbuss and bought Crossbow and Headshot upgrade. Woop triple headshot bonus!!!

    • O&O ShutUp10 3.1.1104 by Razvan Serea O&O ShutUp10 offers a simple yet effective way to take control of your Windows privacy. It provides access to almost 50 privacy-related tweaks, most of them hidden or not easily accessible to the average computer users. Using a very simple interface, you decide how Windows 10/11 should respect your privacy by deciding which unwanted functions should be deactivated. Using ShutUp10 you can easily disable Windows Defender, turn off telemetry, disable peer-to-peer updates, turn off Wi-Fi Sense, disable automatic Windows updates, turn off and reset Cortana and more. ShutUp10 allows you to create a System Restore point before you apply any changes, so that you can revert your system at any time if you run into problems. O&O ShutUp10 is entirely free and does not have to be installed – it can be simply run directly and immediately on your PC. And it will not install or download retrospectively unwanted or unnecessary software, like so many other programs do these days! O&O ShutUp10 Free and Premium The latest version brings O&O ShutUp10 Premium, expanding the app’s long-standing privacy controls with automatic enforcement of user-defined settings. Instead of manually rechecking options after every Windows update, users can set their preferred privacy configuration once—or apply recommended settings in a single click—and the tool continuously monitors them in the background. If Windows 10 or 11 re-enables disabled features or introduces new data collection paths, Premium restores the chosen settings automatically without user intervention. The free version remains available and fully functional for manual adjustments, offering the same core privacy controls for Windows. However, the Premium tier is aimed at users who want long-term, hands-off protection, adding automatic reapplication after updates, ongoing monitoring, and optional notifications to ensure privacy settings remain consistent over time. • Fascinating...W h i t e P o w e r is now also asterisks out.
    • In the past few days I have noticed two odd moderation activities. First, when I posted the term 'White Nationist Christian' it was asterisk's out. When I changed it to **** it was allowed! Second, in the Politics is a ###business thread I was allowed to post that the GOP is a party of p e d ophiles but I was censored  when I posted the GOP are a party of p e d ophile protectors. Wtf Neowin. Please explain.
