tell yea the truth being able to see the runing task means jack to me :D

Yz can use png and ico

But you would agree that being able to display running tasks on it is a pretty major issue (not a docklet but every task being able to be displayed complete with thumbnails of minimized tasks).

Docks really only are about doing two things: 1) Program launching 2) Running tasks. So when someone says that the docks all do the same thing that's actually not the case.

That doesn't make dock X universally better of course. They're all freeware anyway. ;)

I have always used Object Dock. The only real concern I have about it is that You are not free when it comes to storing PNG's and icons. I have all my data on a different drive as C: and my icons and graphics reside there also. I want to be able to grab the PNG's/ICO's from there rather then having them on C: also.

yZDock doesn't display tasks does it? None of the versions I've run do anyway.

Last time I checked yZ could only use PNGs whereas ObjectDock can also use icons.

There are a few others I believe but those two things stand. Not displaying running tasks would seem like a pretty big deal.
