Dont know, I havent seen them in any gun shops or online retailers. Then again I havent really looked for them.

Ive had a look too and can't seem to find it, I've seen videos of Americans firing it in ranges and kind of assumed they were available to buy. I guess they must only get sold to Armed Forces.

I hope y'all got infinite ammo.

World has been through plenty of civil wars, world wars, droughts, and plagues, and there's still ammunition to spare, not to mention the fact that more and more people have started reloading their own ammo.

At the end of the day we could always just start making potato cannons out of PVC pipe and hair spray, :p

I'll stick with the AR/M4 style rifles, it's what I'm used to shooting. For a handgun I really liked the XD series, in 40 or 45, I like accuracy and knockdown power. I'm Puerto Rican, so a machete is required and a decent knife is always required also, gotta be able to field strip any critter you shoot for food.

I would love to be legally allowed to have Guns like this! Although I cant I am in the UK.

Shotguns and rifles are legal in the UK, with the appropriate licence. They would do fine in case of a zombie attack or general anarchy.

I don't pay attention to brands like others here do but of the weapons in my house I'd opt for the semi-automatic shotgun, which looks very much like this. It has decent stopping power and you don't have to worry so much about accuracy, which is great for my experience level.

That's fine if you only have a few coming at you, otherwise you're hosed, that's why most of us prefer something with a decent magazine that can hold say 10-30 rounds, and when it comes to zombies, accuracy is important, head shots are your only saviour, bit it's a very nice third weapon to have for those "oh crap" moments

Bringing it back to life. :)

For a hand gun, I'd go with a s&w m&p r8.

Shotgun choice would be a Beneli M4.

Rifle is a toughie. I'm partial to the Sig 556 but a good LMT AR-15 would be good too.

But if I could only take one thing? Don't laugh but the Scout M6 would probably be my choice. S light, so versatile.

    • VidCoder 12.20 by Razvan Serea VidCoder is a DVD/Blu-ray ripping and video transcoding application for Windows. It uses HandBrake as its encoding engine. Calling directly into the HandBrake library gives it a more rich UI than the official HandBrake Windows GUI. VidCoder can rip DVDs but does not defeat the CSS encryption found in most commercial DVDs. You’ll need the NET 8 Desktop Runtime. If you don’t have it, VidCoder will prompt you to download and install it. The Portable version is self-contained and does not require any .NET Runtime to be installed. You do not need to install HandBrake for VidCoder to work. Feature list: Multi-threaded MP4, MKV containers Completely integrated encoding pipeline: everything is in one process and no huge intermediate temporary files H.264, H.265, MPEG-4, MPEG-2, VP8, Theora video Hardware-accelerated encoding with AMD VCE, Nvidia NVENC and Intel QuickSync AAC, MP3, Vorbis, AC3, FLAC audio encoding and AAC/AC3/MP3/DTS/DTS-HD passthrough Target bitrate, size or quality for video 2-pass encoding Decomb, detelecine, deinterlace, rotate, reflect, chroma smooth, colorspace filters Powerful batch encoding with simultaneous encodes Customizable Pickers to automatically pick audio and subtitle tracks, destination, titles and more Instant source previews Creates small encoded preview clips Pause, resume encoding VidCoder 12.20 changes: Updated HandBrake core to 1.11.2. • Too soon, I'm still not over this death!
    • Normally, I admit when a title is clickbait (unfortunately, it's become somewhat necessary to compete against AI-dominated news sections today), but in this case, all supported versions is implied and doesn't need to be spelled out in the title. Of course, I'm covering a Patch Tuesday update bug that is only available to supported Windows SKUs. All our coverage relates to supported Windows software and SKUs only unless we expressly state that it's "unsupported", "unofficial", or "third-party". I'm sorry, but supported/official SKUs don't need to be spelled out as such in every Neowin headline.
