I'm pretty sure that's a huge directory but I want to see if anyone else has the same problem using Firefox. An fresh instance of Firefox with this site loaded, takes 260MB of RAM here. I don't know if it's because it's firefox or because the list is really MASSIVE and therefore Firefox is instantly using a great amount of RAM, maybe that's what's causing the lag. I don't know maybe you can submit a report for that particular web page?
