Looks like I-Tunes to me.

Yep, it's a theme based upon the titlebar of the iTunes for Windows, dunno who made that specific theme though - many are floating around at the moment :/ ....

frogboy tweaked his own version, not quite itunes for xp though given the titlebar is brushed. I have one with a correct titlebar, but I didnt bother to make a more fitting start menu. One of these days someone will release one true to itunes and not frankensteined from bits of older themes, hehe
