I reckon they are trying to fix the Requiem 4.0 DRM hack that was released 3 weeks ago that allows itunes 10.7 files to be decrypted inc 1080p videos.

You do realize that iTunes 11 will appear right on their website when it's available right? It's not like Apple will hide the download links exclusively somewhere in their keynote or conference call videos. :p

A little disappointed but it can only be a good thing and could be related to the recent shake up, maybe Ive is having a look in before it's released? I quality control has definitely slipped at Apple so hopefully this is a sign of improvement.

Yeah, me too. I don't know what the hurry is. Other than a UI face lift are there going to be any new features? It looks like if you purchase something on your iOS device, it will automatically be available in iTunes (which I thought was already a feature...maybe it is just available for streaming as if you had iTunes Match?). Lots of the features seem to just emphasize buying more stuff from the iTunes store.

I like new eye candy, but I can wait.

I am disappointed, but unfortunately, this happens often in software development, and even if they rushed to complete the features, quality assurance is important.
