no uninstalling msn totally won't work as well

just download the skin and make sure you are using MSN Messsenger 6.1.0155!

Then close MSN Messenger completely - even from the systray - and installl the skin.

Open MSN Messenger and be amazed :p

So i uninstalled, restarted and then installed and it worked perfectly :D

Great skin but any plans on making a iChat icons style skin for msn? If not, I am gonna make it but I would need some help since it's my first skin. Thanks!
