Slate 1.0 was released offically in themexp.org and my site with shellstyle changes and registry tweak!

Go for it in first page!

Applied those fixes - didn't work. Still have issues with the filters forc ing the icons to jump about when I click on them.

Its a bit annoying but I can live with it until I get bored with the Slate theme :D

saw the smartbarXP sidebar here a couple times in a nice gray. Where would I get that skin? The skins on their website are all blue. thanks

never mind folks, I just found it on the smartbarxp.com page. must have happened just recently that TheGent uploaded that skin. Cool

Could someone screenshot exactly what Activate.reg and Activate_PDC.reg change? If you don't know where they are, they're at C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes\AeroToolBar.

They just rearrange the menu bar, address bar, and toolbar. Just run them and check out explorer, deactivate.reg puts it back to default.

The only resizing bug I need fixed is that of shellstyle.

-activate.reg (Makes toolbar to real Aero style. Still buggy when resizing)

-activate_pdc.reg (Makes toolbar to alternate Aero style. Also solve resizing bug)

-deactivate.reg (Makes toolbar to original XP style. Also resizing buggy as it being)

You guys never read it. Use PDC ones!

if someone will post some good pics of the favorites button on the upper right hand corner of IE than i might be able to make nice little throbber of it like pulsing or something. completely useless, but neat non-the-less. i could use some really high quality pics, like non-compressed J-pegs of its normal, mouse over, clicked, etc states. if you dont want to post them here, please zip and email to [email protected] thanks!

Freakin has the limit and possibities. You can make favourite button as Longhorn ones but not to make it in right place of toolbar if you wanna stick in one theme forever. And that's not erally good idea to do too but you can find the possibilities in Longhorn Transformation Pack 4.0

For uninstalling, sure. I won't make things that uninstallable.

For multi-language, so far so good. But Longhorn Transformation Pack 4.0 is different from previous ones. This con can choose what you want to do so you can choose an option that won't affect to MUI.

    • I noticed this was already happening within my organization; my teams location will change between remote and on-site without me having to do anything. Is it possible this is live already for select customers?
    • I wonder what it will show when I'm plugged in with my ethernet cable at home and not using WiFi.
    • While LibreOffice is not pleased to see a new competitor, they are absolutely correct in stating that Euro-Office using a MS file standard as a default is not being truly "European." Using a MS standard just means Euro-Office is just a "bastardized MS Office Suite." (Wasn't a major purpose of Euro-Office was to get away from being captive and enslaved to MS's Office Suite??)
    • Microsoft continues its long-term policy of spying on their users--despite vehement denials. That feature will be disabled (or removed) either "elegantly" with MS providing a true way to disable it, or "quick and dirty" via a third-party who WILL come up with a way to disable it. Your choice MS...
