I really like the Slate theme. My only problem is that it makes the pull downs in some programs completely white. I am not sure why it does this on some programs and not others. As a matter of fact it does that same thing with 2 of the themes in the longhorn transformation pack (not the ice ones). Anyone know what can be done about this.

Could you please change the Start menu so it looks like this cool one I found (a PNG in slate.msstyles from Longhorn 4051) ...except larger?:

A little creative tweaking to the shellstyle.dll .. the next thing to do will be to get the taskpane to resize horizontaly too so the window size isnt always changing .. then ill be interested in those cute tweaked horizontal shellstyles :)

Duh .. im so damanding .. i think i know how to get those panes to resize horizontally .. ill have to play around with it and see :)

Hmmmm... that's really neat! If I was that creative I'd do it myself... but that knowledge escapes me. :p

It'll do it with any theme that has white menu text...it seems that some programs don't use the specified color for the menu e.g mmc

Slate.msstyles, BLOB section. Extract all the resources in BLOB, rename them to PNGs, and look for it. :) Same image as the one I attached before.

One change request: change the notification area expand/contract button to the one ANDYLOGO is using. That is probably more authentic.
