Chrome Canary: Annoying changes to bookmark bar.

Instead of displaying the old style tabs with text, the bookmark bar now seems to be just displaying small icons without text. I've looked in both chrome:///flags and the normal settings page and found no way to revert this annoying change. Any ideas?

Lucky! I wish I can make mine do that! What version are you on? You might also want to block out your email, sir.

Edit: Looked it up. Maybe you can fix your problem by reverse engineering this. Hit it by accident maybe?

I think it's a bug at the moment with text as clicking on the star icon or anything else doesn't display any text on the buttons.

I use my bookmark bar like that, for people who want to do it yourselves (assuming that this is a bug), right click the link on the bar > Edit and erase anything in the 'Name' dialogue.

When you have several bookmarks from the same site, this could become a problem...

Would be nice if you could toggle labels per-bookmark and also use custom bookmark icons for websites which do not provide a default or their default sucks.

They're not ;) The 2 BBC icons are for different parts of the BBC website, and one of those with the Facebook icon has been mislabeled and isn't Facebook at all :D
