Dual Voltage Electronics

I am looking to buy some equipment such as TVs and sound systems from the US. The problem is that in my country (Grenada) they use 220~ volts, and the US uses 110 volts. I could use a transformer for 110~ volts, but transformers use a lot more current compared to directly connecting to 220v.

I am wondering if modern TVs, sound systems, etc come with dual voltage, such as the chargers for laptops, so it can be connected to either 100-240v.

When I read this I thought it was going to be about dual voltage circuits! :(

Yeah you can get some dual voltage TV and appliances but it varies, you'd have to contact them and ask.

(Also from what we were told in physics, transformers as 90%+ efficient apparently)

The transformers sold here are not efficient at all, so can someone recommend me an energy efficient transformer that I can buy online? I would appreciate it.
