i have installed windows 8 ive been using it for about couple of weeks initially i was able to stream music for free through xbox music ..now its askin for xbox music pass.

i thought ms provided free music streaming for windows 8 users ..anyone else facing this issue ?

streaming your OWN MUSIC THAT YOU BOUGHT? from your library?

or streaming music from xbox music ms owned servers? why would that be free?

You get some streaming music free for now with XBox music on Windows 8, but its limited (I think to certain number of hours in a day, cannot recall).
