Theme - 'cube? Deluxe Suite' (this can be found in the completed visual styles section)

Wallpaper - 'Vertigo' from www.pixelgirlpresents.com (I recommend saving this link, then before asking me, take a look! lol)

Winamp controls in taskbar as usual..

you don't have the font installed that it uses for the captions and some other parts. download the vs again on my forums, the font is included in that, but not the one i sent you a while ago.
