[VB.Net 2003] Application Desktop Toolbar

Question

Hey,

I want to dock a form to the side of a screen and lock it onto the desktop, so no icon can go underneath it or any windows can overlap it, like MSN 8 Dashboard.

I've been searching for information on it, but failed. I know it's possible to do. Could anyone give me a example of how to do it?

Thanks

Just aminute, I'm zipping up some code I have (mixed together from MSNFanatic and some code sample site on Google, and a bunch of modifications so it would compile) just for this (for a Longhorn Sidebar for Windows XP app I'm making)

Check out ShellAppbar from http://www.ssware.com/shlobj/shlobj.htm

It does all that you want.
