Stop Chrome closing if there is more than one Window open?

Does anyone know of an extension which will notify me if I have more than one Chrome window open and I try and close a window?

Reason I need this is I have Chrome set to continue where I left off on startup. I generally use one window but occasionally I use a second. If I forget I've opened the second and close the first window (the main one I use with all my tabs open) and then close the second the next time I start Chrome the tabs open in the second window will load and I've lost all the tabs I had open on my main window.

I wish they would add this buy default, seems like a pretty simple setting... but anyway. I use Chrome Toolbox

Hmmm, just installed it and it's not letting me close any windows now using the close button. I have to close it by right clicking on the taskbar icon and choosing close. Then I get the do you want to close dialog.

I'm using the dev branch.
