the reason it was so cheap was cus I got it as end of line

Here's my setup at my home away from home. The laptop is an old Presario 700 (Athlon 1GHz, (upgraded) 512 MB Ram, DVD/CD-ROM,... it'll look a LOT sexier (and ill post it) when I get my newer laptop back.

The black box to the left is my USB drive kit.. hehe, it makes hard drives like floppies... 120GB floppies :D.

and the stereo system is hooked up to my laptop.

yeah, i HATE clutter. I keep all my cds in the cd books on the right, or on ISO's on one of my four 120 GB Hd's.

Behind the chair is an end table where i keep any paper/pens/whatever i need and my printer is in the other room networked over my parents' computer. It's a LaserJet 5P. This is just my room at my parents' home while im not away at college. My other desk at home (I split a 3 bedroom house with my sister and a friend) I have a cherrywood U-shape desk with a PC, and my laptop (now two laptops once I go back after the summer) I'll post a pic of that setup when I get back. and thanks, hehe, the stereo kicks ass, lots of bass, so when I watch a movie, I can feel the effects :D

I lub that desk.... where did you get it from?

Umm, I believe I got it at Staples/Business Depot about three years ago. (I also live in Canada.) but I don't think that should matter on the type of stock in the stores if there are Staples/Business Depot stores where you are. If this model is still available, they should have it. My aunt bought the same one, but a different color last year, so it might still be available.

EDIT: Killed the diagram.. it didn't work out.

From one end of the desk to the back of the monitor casing is around 5.5 feet and each of the sides thickness are about 2.5 feet... i hope that helps.

I'll measure the desk tomorrow, seing as though its 3 am and i dont wanna wake the family to find a tape measure

    • I noticed this was already happening within my organization; my teams location will change between remote and on-site without me having to do anything. Is it possible this is live already for select customers?
    • I wonder what it will show when I'm plugged in with my ethernet cable at home and not using WiFi.
    • While LibreOffice is not pleased to see a new competitor, they are absolutely correct in stating that Euro-Office using a MS file standard as a default is not being truly "European." Using a MS standard just means Euro-Office is just a "bastardized MS Office Suite." (Wasn't a major purpose of Euro-Office was to get away from being captive and enslaved to MS's Office Suite??)
    • Microsoft continues its long-term policy of spying on their users--despite vehement denials. That feature will be disabled (or removed) either "elegantly" with MS providing a true way to disable it, or "quick and dirty" via a third-party who WILL come up with a way to disable it. Your choice MS...
