In my opinion, inside provides generous to more than enough room...there are 4-5 bays for hard disk, 4 bays for 5.25" drives. All drive bays comes with screwless, clipping feature that lets you to install/uninstall drives with ease. The ventilations is great, given the side case are full of tiny holes. Worry about the dust getting in? Don't worry the side case comes with the filter that won't even let dusts come inside.

What is the model # for it / what company made that? And where did you buy it?

CA-FSP-7103H

I believe company called FSP made it.

I bought the case in another computer shop at a cheaper price.

It's called Mercury EC-7103H for European model (http://www.mercury-case.de/)...apparently based on the specs...the case was manufactured in Germany. And exported here in Australia to be rebranded as FSP...that's what I thought of. I have trouble searching that case for the US market. You can try to email website that selling that case (http://www.auspcmarket.com.au) and see if they have options to send the case overseas...even though you'll have to pay the shipping charges.
