regarding that pic

I would say that the monitor on the right is almost normal

this is technically not a faulty screen, I would say it is due to the panel type/brand, that kind of backlight issue is normal on most screens, only high end sony/IBM models have perfectly black panels

the one on the left is clearly ****** up hehe

The one with the normal backlight has an abnormally bad screen effect. He also said that it was worse when connected to DVI.

Anyway, Lets not get off topic for this thread.

The not suppose to be, but Definitive Dell 2005FPW thread - https://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?show...#entry585350495

Yeh, for some reason the one on the right looks ok Connected via VGA. When with DVI it sucked :|

I couldn't tell a difference between VGA and DVI on my 2005fpw.

At first, I could barely tell, but after I noticed, and now I can't stand it.

The colors are all incorrect on VGA, and I can see lines running through the screen when viewing pixel-exact images.

Well, good news.

My brother is moving out. April 1st. I'm getting the bigger room then!

It'll be a lot nicer, as his room is a lot bigger than mine is. So it won't seem so much like a jail cell.

The bluetooth desktop option from apple is $100 give or take.

A non-bluetooth wireless desktop costs about $130 retail.

Its a good deal.

geez, just because I got 4 monitors doesn't mean I sleep on too much money.

the apple bluetooth mouse only has one button. useless as it is, thats why they need to undercut the competitors to get people to buy the thing.

Might be ugly, but it would look nice sitting unused next to my MS bluetooth mouse.
