Well the dad i was referring to that delas with homeopathics is actualy my step dad, my real dad was  working on a transport ship, carrying all sorts of cargo and he was the ship electrician, he worked in the Black sea back in ukraine.

Anyway i aksed my step dad what other reasons of having your pc close by and he said that it produces some sort of magnetic waves, and the electricity thats being used is also harmful. He told me, as an example you can put a radio close to a pc and see how the reception will be distorted, caused by the pc. He also said that we, humans also produce some kind of radiation but this radiation is interrupted by the pc radiation, which is not good for you. He did say that the effect in the body is very small, but it is better to have it away, rather than close. Also as an example, all electric things, and things producing waves, such as microwave, radio, radar stations etc are interferring with the human body causing some sorts of problems. Take mobile phones for example.

Anyway thats not entirely my opinion, its my step dads knowledge, which i doubt none of you have so frankly you dont know what your talking about  ;)  :p

interesting but.. my dads bigger then your dad

Despite that this may offend you and/or your father, I think it is important to point out that homeopathy is just a pseudo-science and that it is about as credible as Feng Shui. Of course you can believe it if you want, but it is not scientifically valid.

Yeah some of that freaky science doesnt make sense, and its his knowledge, and i dont know anything about it, jus what he told me.

@WinMacLin my dad is quite tall :p

I keep the pc away from me because it gives me more room under the desk, i wont bump into it, i can see it better from where i am seating, it loghts my room up bit, oh and my dad wanted me to move it too so i sorta agreed together with my reasons.

thanks Whitster!

    • Because of the EU (a good thing) newer android devices been getting 5 years worth of security patches. Except some Motorola which found the loop hole, and offer ZERO updates. In addition, Google for years have been making where it can patch some stuff by updating the core Google Play Store itself.  As echoed earlier,  you take the security risk in to your own hand beyond supported.
