I finally got a camera, nothing fancy, a little 3MP Olympus deal, but I don't plan on printing anything, so it should do just fine. Figured I'd join in the fun (my picture taking skills are still . . . well they're non existant right now, but I'll get better). And I really need an LCD!

I've noticed alot of you guys have 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound speakers, but have them as this guy has them..

How are you supposed to get surround sound out of that, if the speakers aren't behind you? or farther to the side... I don't get it!

P.S. Love this thread.. I'm hooked!!

i actually am going to buy the mount that holds them out of the wall extended and behind you so i can have true 5.1 behind you. right now though i'm working on my bedroom with my new 56" dlp tv+in wall surround. hehe

Who's up for some video projector loving ? :)

got it last week, just some preliminary test before i set it all up nicely (as you can see the set up is VERY temporary, with all the cables hanging lol - couldn't wait to test it)

haven't tested it with the pc (doom 3 and hl2 on my todo test list -_-) yet !
