marketplace unavailable (UK)

Hi all,

anyone else having issues with marketplace access in uk? I'm on wifi with great access and using a lumia 920. Issues started around an hour ago.

Yep, gives an error when I try to look at individual apps

That's what I'm getting when browsing for an app then clicking it. Also when searching the results show but clicking one says search isn't available now check connection.

I think they must be working on it, some results are working when I click on them now

Extremely slow to load the "buy" or "Install" buttons once you choose the app,

Eventually manage to hit "Install" and after about 2 minutes waiting watching "Downloading", it fails again

How do we contact MS about this via WP ?

Is this affecting other devices as well or just Nokia ones? Im having the issue on my Lumis 820 here in the UK as well. Tweeted @WindowsPhoneSupport hours ago, but no response :(

my Lumia 820 is now reporting 15 app updates on the Store but when i try and install the update i get the same old error message and error code!!

Yep, I have this problem as well. I'm in Bulgaria, and using a US-based MS account. Another person over on a local forum was reporting the same problem. Seems like the issue isn't restricted to a given area.

The apps+games section on the Windows phone website seems to be down as well for me.

Ah well sayings as people from all over the place are having the same problem, I guess MS already know
