I would like a program (preferably) free and fast to use, which can split me a couple of 1+ hour long podcasts AUTOMATICALLY.

Depends what you have and want really.

Can't remember what I used when I had a large single file and a cue file for an audio CD but I picked it based on the fact it just split the MP3 data out and didn't re-encode it at all so the quality of each track is exactly how they were in the large file.

Audacity, although powerful, will reduce your audio quality if you export it to MP3.
