I can't see these two selling for ?150/200 personally, but I could be wrong.

Used i5-750 CPUs are selling for ?65+ on eBay (Buy It Now), ?51+ (auction).

Motherboard is difficult to sell online because it's only worth up to ?30-40 and it would cost ?15 alone to post it :/

For postage try a website like http://www.parcelmonkey.co.uk/ , very cheap. What generation is the i5? (eg Sandybridge, Ivybridge etc)
