Something Phishy with Outlook 365

Is anyone else noticing a high volume of Phishing emails coming from Educational institutions who have their Exchange hosted by Outlook 365?

This is almost becoming an automatic block for government and educational institutions, just seeing how many are experiencing this.

I assume you're talking about compromised users who have accounts hosted in the cloud sending phishing emails? If you have a sample could you please save it as .msg and attach it (or PM me).
