How do I print envelope ?

I am using Office 2007 for writing letters.

I want to print Delivery Address and Return Address on the envelope.

my envelope size is 5 inch (width) x 20 inch(length).

How do I print ?

I have a laser printer model: HP LaserJet P1007

I checked Mailing Tab in Office 2007 . There is no predefined (Options) enveloped size to 5 inch (width) x 20 inch(length).

Is there any workaround to print envelope in this situation ? please suggest

Mailing --> Envelopes --> Options --> Envelope Size --> scroll down the list to "custom"

I checked ...I can customize envelope size.

but Delivery address and Return address are not in proper in place in print Preview.

Also ...how do I feed envelope into printer ? vertically or horizontally in the feeder.

I find it very much confusing.

Like me, you'll probably have to do a few test runs :p Just reuse the same envelope each time until it's in the spot you want it in and presto! :)

If you don't have spare envelopes, cut a piece of A4 to the size of the envelope.

Edit: The preview should show you how to add the envelope.. I'm guessing it will be horizontal though.

My old printer used to have an indicator on where to add an envelope with a little symbol embedded in the tray.

I gave up trying to do envelopes on my Dell laser after 5/6 attempts at feeding it in and removing crumpled envelopes from the rollers :p.

Type the address out. Apply it to the document. You can move the text-box around then.

You can set which way it is fed into the printer in the dialogue box

If you have lots of envelopes to do you might be better of getting a small label printer
