16,000 Posts | Almost 10 Years

Just crazy to think I have hit "Reply" 16,000 times here on this one website. Real damn crazy when I put it like that TBH.

In 3 months I will also have been here for 10 years. So if you break it down by year, I have approximately 1,600 posts per year. That too is pretty damn crazy.

Neowin has been good to me overall. It absolutely has. I have done some things I never, ever would have done otherwise.

  • Got to go to Las Vegas and cover CES during my stint on the news team.
  • Got to go to Seattle and see Valve's offices and hang out on a boat from the show Deadliest Catch.
  • Got to go to Austin Texas and get the royal treatment at a few tech companies offices with a whole bunch of other staff.

Truly some amazing times I am absolutely grateful for.

Thanks to Neobond in particular. Maybe one day our paths will cross in real life, but in this virtual world, you have been very good to me sir, and I truly do appreciate it greatly. Just the above experiences I mentioned were absolutely kick ass. So again, thank you.

I have also made some good friends over the years. To many to really mention.

If we are cool with each-other, you know it.

Thanks to the long time members who have made this a place worth staying at. Thanks to the new members who are trying to keep it as such.

You have a pretty good post count right now yourself, if you are in to that sort of thing.

DAMN IT. I broke it.

That's a lot of quality posts there. You are one of my favorite posters here. :)

Thank you very much. It is a post like this that keeps me coming back. Truly much appreciated, because as corny as it may sound, I do try and be as helpful as possible when I can be. Some do not appreciate the honesty at times, but I can say I do always try to be as genuine as possible.

    • WTF! Nah, not this one. If you were back then using computers in the 90s or you had a clue, you'd know this was huge and was seen and overused absolutely everywhere and you'd take this article as no more than a retrospective story. That's all it is.
    • these "editors" get paid by the amount of articles and not the quality of content; hence why we get this random stuff from the same "editor" time and time again.
    • 256 times the quality of an audio cd? I think audio cd's sound good so even twice as good as that would be something.
    • It’s not about the NOx. It’s about the electrical field.
