A lot of the time my CPU gets to 100% and the fan is really loud for that period of time throughout the day but its usually only on 100% for 2-3 minutes at a time. BUT RIGHT NOW--For the past 10 minutes its been on CPU 100% and the fan has been really loud. It says its using Sndappv2.exe which is one of the top 4 things that comes up when its at 100% (the others are MsMpEng.exe, dwm.exe, and svchost.exe)

Why was it at 100% for TEN minutes with Sndappv2.exe. I tried to lift my computer so nothing was blocking the fan, but that didnt help at all. I have attached two pictures of my windows task manager when it was at 100%. On the first image it shows that Sndappv2.exe is at the top and it says its only using 85%, but that number would change and sometimes just go down to 40% but it was still the main thing being used and causing the CPU to be at 100%.

Regardless of this happening for 10 minutes or 2-3 mintues, why does it happen everyday on my computer with 1 of these 4 programs, or all 4 rotating throughout the time the CPU is at 100%? It is very annoying and makes my computer sound very loud with the fan working very hard AND sometimes this happens when I am doing nothing but typing on word document and have just one or two internet tabs open.

Please help!

Get rid of Sendori. It's a malware.

EDIT: I already have told you this earlier. I don't know why you are asking about this again.

are you really sure about this? I dont ever remember installing Sendori so i assume it came with the laptop. Is it really safe to uninstall something that came with the laptop? I dont want to mess up my laptop since i dont really know how to fix it if it gets messed up and doesnt work properly anymore

I found this about sndappv2... "Sendori a trusted site that is a known company. It makes your internet resolve issues with your ip address and says it makes it better but it also blocks viruses."

Just because a program goes 100%, it doesn't mean that a program it crap. Sometimes you need to see if something could be making a program go to 100%.

Sendori comes bundle with some "freeware". You have to stop it through services before you can remove it.

You are in kind of a mess because Sendori changes your DNS. After you remove Sendori, you may have to reset your DNS settings otherwise you may have no internet.

I agree that some may not classify it as "maleware" but I would list it as being - Unpopular software that is not needed for Windows to operate properly. And would urge you to try Windows without it.

Here is a link to a discussion on removing it. Happy hunting... and I would also run in addition to the list- Spybot Search and Destroy- They even have a portable one that can be downloaded.

ahh this is too confusing for me. how do i get to "Services" on my computer to stop it? and where do i go to reset my DNS? This seems too complicated and im not a computer nerd. I think I will just mess up my computer and not have any internet if i uninstall it. Ill have to ask some of my friends when i go back to school in the fall to see if they can help me...if i do this alone i will definitely mess up my computer.

We'll go slow so you won't screw up.

1. Go to control panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change Adapter Settings > right click on (your wireless network adapter name) > properties > Internet Protocol Version 4 > Properties.

Make sure it look like this:

2. Report back here.

3. Go to control panel > Programs and Features. Uninstall Sendori.

Thanks so much! Ok, i have done everything you said so far. except i havent uninstalled Sendori YET

You asked this exact question a few weeks ago and everyone told you to uninstall Sendori. Uninstall it! It doesn't matter that it came with the computer, it's not part of Windows. Windows has everything you need to run all your applications, connect to the internet and use all your peripherals. What I usually do with a new laptop is erase everything on the hard drive and do a clean install of Windows.
