They're sandwich biscuits with fondant in the center. Really, really nice if you can find them somewhere. :)

 

If I had both sitting in front of me I'd go for the Bourbon first. So far I think I'm the only person to say that though. :(

Another questing since we're on the subject...how do you all pronounce it?....I have an ongoing disagreement with a friend over this.

I pronounce it bor-bon he pronounces it bur-bun. (more like the drink)

however I'm sure even though the spelling is the same the pronouncing is different.

In the US, the liquor bourbon is pronounced closer to bur-bun than anything else.  How it's pronounced across the pond over there, no clue.
