slow upload

after i ran the updates my comcast upload went from 260 to 150 is it a hotfix that done this ? :whistle:

Jason, you never know nowadays... also... i thought of those "Speed up network browsing" and "Speed up IE" and stuff... think they could be the cause?

If anything, "Speed up IE" could be possible... this is why I'm including the Undo's in the Dec Update. ;)
