DirecX Error Problem

Hi People,

i am having this problem when trying to play Simpsons Hit and Run when i try to launch it, it preduces this DirectX Error: DirectX Error, D3DERR_INVALIDCALL, Code: 2561, Facility: 2166, Severity: 1 :angry:

I have tried both DirextX 8.1 and 9.0 but both versions produced the same problem. Does anybody know what i can do to fix it?

should you be running the game in fullscreen mode? :blink:

have you ever used any directx removers/downgraders/etc? call the game company and tell them the error. "invalid call" sounds like an error in the code...
