It never ceases to amaze me how a post count is important to some people. And to then create a thread just to bring attention to yourself? In a way it's kind of sad that there are folks out there that need this kind of affirmation, but i guess I shouldn't be surprised.

 

The way I see it: Think of all the time you spent posting 14,000 times and imagine what you could have accomplished instead.

To be honest in my mind it comes down to showing my appriciation for the website that:

 

A: I enjoy the website and continue to come back (and support it via subscription)

B: I enjoy the community and am willing to contribute to its success and enjoy the company of those who also wish to participate.

C: There is no C it just looked like i should have more than 2 things.

I have a life and sadly my post count would be higher if it was less busy. With a young daughter (20 Months old) keeping me busy and a rather busy job i do not get to be on here as much as i would like.
