They need a suite so, $$$ isn't just tossed at any and everything...

Don't really care who they hire, although I hope it's from outside.

They need somebody with an objective view of MS

His/her first job should be to kick out the whole Marketing department and they need to sort out their overall communication to the world.

They've had some really nice ideas lately but MS always seems to ###### it up in the way they communicate. They are never clear, never tell the whole picture in one go,...
