There you go Link

Found the shot on Flickr, you should check the gallery of that guy! He got some great shots (http://www.flickr.com/photos/aleksivic/)

This guy has some awesome shots! Thanks for sharing.

After a BSOD- and glitch-filled stint with Windows 8.1 the last two days I've switched back to 7 and updated the look.

One thing I never understood is why there aren't more people using a left- or right-docked taskbar. It wastes much less empty taskbar space) and gives you back your precious vertical space. Less scrolling! More lines of code!

(I really love this wallpaper.)

Also found a rather nice Eclipse theme (finally something less ugly!)

Figured I'd upate.  Installed Xubuntu on a computer the other day and found I really like the feel of the new XFCE.  I'd piddled around in it before but it seemed like it never had many of the features I really wanted from a full fledged desktop environment.  This new version though seems like it has every feature of Gnome 2 I ever missed after the advent of Gnome 3 and Unity.  I think I'll stick with this one for a while.

Cant figure out how to make it "cleaner"

Pin Spotify to your task bar, hide the Norton system tray icon and move the random stuff on your desktop to the documents folder... job done?

Also nice background :)

I shall do that!

What you mean by that?  your desktop looks good..

I get jealous when some people have like two folders and that's it haha.

I understand.. Mine has no icons on desktop... only on the taskbar. :)

You can create folders on desktop.. and name them anything you like.. such as Games, Internet, etc..  so you could move the icons to the specific folder.

Or you can use most used icons on the taskbar and the rest in the program menu.

Shots of my Desktop and Start Screen.

The background image is a shot I captured with my HTC One X of a conference room where I taught an English class, weeks ago.

I had my Start Menu items separated and categorized but I like them all together (perhaps messy and cluttered) because it's more similar to the WP default tile arrangements. Click on the image to have a look a all the tiles from beginning to end.

    • On xiaomi hyperos there's also an option to disable google assistant. I've got everything disabled. Only thing I do have installed is a web wrapped for duck.ai which claims to let you use various AIs anonymously
    • I need to understand the rationale of not shipping all of these K2 improvements in a single update/release. It's giving "we will fix Windows 11 but no commitments". It seems to me that they just announce these improvements just to appease the community.
    • The term "RTM" is long gone starting with Windows 10. Every current release is a GA build. This is the result of MS making Windows as a Service (WaaS).
    • Looks like no official TBW rating, which should be a required listing in my opinion for sites like Amazon (hell, put it on the box too.)
