In need of a good but free pop-up blocker

Question

Well, it seems my parents called me this morning and have had enough with pop-up ads when they are using the internet. They asked to put on thier machine a free but good blocker.

So, I need to know what people think are good but of course free blocker.

My parents have an old pentium 200 with Win 98SE (all the lastest patches and fixes for it), 256 MB RAM

Google Toolbar is all you need. It works great!

Also just in case tell them to run spybot and adware to gets ads that may be built into there system

edit/ and you guys if you were to read the post corrrectly he didnt say he wanted another browser just a popup blocker.

Aye, Firebird is the way to go.. But good luck getting your parents to switch browsers  so for IE, google toolbar is good.

Think its unanimous .... One second I'll go double check. <shakes Magic 8 Ball>. It says Firebird too.

You don't need a pop-up block w/ Firebird and its a much better browser, IMO. I got my dad using it too - and he's hooked.
