GANT inspired desktops

I recently decided to get on the band wagon and try some of these things with my desktop, i'm running XP SP1. I used replacer to replace all of the dll's contained in GANT_Shell32_XP_SP1_12 and now everytime i right click half of the pop is black. Any idea's from anyone, i know this is a desktops thread but i figured someone here who has used gant might know what i'm talking about.

its done by a program called samurize the theme were using is somwhere in this thread on page 5 if i'm not wrong

but the icons look pretty ugly
