u can make ur own version :p...just pre-download all the updates in ur language and rename them so AP recognizes them :p..

and....a cracker breaks into software (he 'cracks' software:P)...he does not breaks into other persons systems....that's what hackers do :p

Actually we will be releasing Language Packs for it shortly... but until then you can make your own. Look here for some tips on how to do it: How to make my own language version

@werejag - This can be used over a network, but as of now it won't be pulling from Windows Update. The AutoPatcher is self-contained and can't (and most likely won't) get updates from Microsoft (no express installer, in short).
