Here is some more shots I was playing around with my A80...

This is an infrared light from my remote control. I didn't know before that digital camera can capture the light that we can't see with our bare eye.

How amazing the technology.

This is my new glowing in the dark keyboard... :)

i've been banging my head against really hard objects for literally days trying to figure out why my coin macros sucked...SO...while i was gazing lovingly at a new coin tonight, i got the camera out and started messing with the settings. natural light sucked, vivid sucked, b&w just didn't do it for me, sepia was useless because my pix were already coming out sepia...lo & behold i change it to tungsten, which is for incandescent lights, and...

...VIOLA!!!!!

This was taken in the french alps (courcheval) over new year...we had been skiing in the valley beneath the cloud, and came up onto a summit and were greeted by this

p.s no lense flare was added ;)

i've reduced the resolution and copressed it...its actually much crisper

.........

Definetly wallpaper material!!!

Not quite as stark as the previous picture, but still quite a cool shot... an overexposed shot of a party out on the

piste on new years eve... The white spot at the top is the moon, but there was a layer of fog hanging above the crowd...

a high res version (2592x1544 - 6mb png) of the first picture of the clouds and mountains can be found here

I'll put some more pics from that trip up later, with links to high res copies...

    • Fire and rehire. Doubt the work contracts are as favourable. Smart tactic using AI to do it legally.
    • > And, of course, it includes in-game purchases. Sigh.. of course it does. I just don't understand why anyone would want to play this on PC, when the far superior AoE 2/DE exists. Just kill this with fire already. Or a trebuchet.
    • Normally you'd just want to use Ventoy, but Rufus is handy when: - Ventoy doesn't work (some BIOSes can be weird) - You're mainly interested in creating a single Windows live USB and not interested in a multi-boot / Linux USBs - You want to automate your Windows installations (Rufus supports creating/injecting an autounattend.xml file which fully automates a Windows install). You can do this with Ventoy as well, but it requires a bit more of an effort. Also worth nothing is that both automatically bypass Windows 11's artificially imposed restrictions (TPM, CPU etc).
