I am fascinated by Bees. Their organization, resourcefulness, adaptability, navigation skills & contribution to nature is captivating

So what can this mean? Halo 5 or Halo 2A?

huh?

Maybe he is just fascinated by Bees or spreading the environmental message about bees.

We have declining bee colonies and according to some scientists/researchers life looks pretty bleak without bees.

(Something to do with pollinating crop plants)

Major used a capital B. I think that's important.

I take it you never heard of this website?

http://www.ilovebees.com/

p.s. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I_Love_Bees

Nope, it seems to be a viral marketing website for Halo. Are some people excited about viral marketing?

It might be the start of the viral marketing for the next Halo.

Halo 2 famously had viral marketing centered around ilovebees.com (wikipedia explanation) and for Major Nelson to tweet about bees before a new Halo is exciting for those who want news about the next  Halo.

Here's hoping it's Halo 2 Anniversary (Y)

That would be something as well but I doubt they'd be cryptic about it, I don't think they were with the first one but who knows?

Yeah, but Halo 1 didn't have an ARG associated with it or anything "sly" like that, while Halo 2 did. Seems strange for the random reference to bees out of nowhere 10 years after the ARG.

Edit: And if it is H2A, I assume it'd be an Xbone title (A 360 one would be just plain strange), which is great too, I'd love to see 343's take on the art style with their new rendering setup on a more powerful console.
