1- I am surprised not to see Skype VoIP software included in the list. Anyway I don?t like Skype since it uses too many resources and I want to talk to friends that are on dial-up. That being said, this VoIP application works great over dial-up and includes free voicemail:

For those folks who want to (or HAVE TO) use more than one OS,

how about some notation on those apps that are ported to multiple platforms?

Not having to learn a new user interface for every task you do

sounds like a way to make life easy. (I like easy.)

I would like to submit EssentialPIM.

I have testing V1 and its pretty good cal, notes, and contact manager. Not really advanced yet but its new and being developed.

EssentialPIM

cal = right now just basic features.

contacts = I like that I can add any info I need and delete the rest. Can have a photo

notes = Not as advanced as Keynote, but I think so will be.

Overall, I give 4 of 5 stars. I hope to beta test the new version in the next few weeks.

      Stop reporting AR glasses as an X inch screen, Y distance away. That is a horseshit meaningless spec. Report on the actual FOV angle. That's all that matters. And for the record, this FOV is ~49degrees. So we're talking about HoloLens level FOV... i.e. it's like looking through a piece of paper at arm's length.
