Can't delete Network Bridge in network connections

Um, i was bridging connections in network connections, and it was taking too long... so i restarted my comp, and the "Network Bridge" stayed there... :(

Now i cant delete it, cause it gives me some unexpected error, and when i go into the properties it gives me something about it not having protocol, and asks me if i'd like to add one. I try to, but it doesnt do anything... and if I go no, it puts me in another tab, and says something about WMI.... :(

Any help?

some registry setting is most likely corrupted... i'm experiencing a similar issue :/ but it doesn't prevent me from using my network, so i don't care :p

god, i really need to format :rolleyes: not just for this one issue though :laugh: ... :|

I found what it is...

You go into hardware manager and uninstal it. Restart, and presto, its gone. :)

I had this problem too. It didn't interfere with anything so I just left it alone. Then on my next reboot it was gone.

i think my problem stems from that time i tried to uninstall netbeui by manually removing some registry entries used by windows :whistle: well, that's what i get... :pinch:
