Finesse RC1.2 (SaintBluey)

Since the name "Simplex" is already taken, I've decided to call this style "Finesse" cos I think the thesaurus results in MS Word [shift+F7] suits it pretty well :p

This here is the first of the 'lighter' color schemes...."SaintBluey" which also goes nicely with the ChaNinja Style (SubZero) icons and mods. I'll release more lighter "Saint..." color schemes like "SaintRed", SaintGreen" etc as I complete the matching icons and mods.

Tried to keep it as close to RC1 as possible but I had to make a few changes to suit the new color scheme. Heres a list of the main changes...

- Startpanel LogOff/TurnOff strip. This just doesn't look right in blue...so now you get that ugly mouseover effect that I avoided in RC1...tuff titty!

- No more mouseover effects for taskbar program buttons (first time I tried this...kinda like it!)

- 'Restore' glyph is now circular (halo-like ;) )

- Startbutton (slight change)

- Taskbar resize bars for top and left positions blend in better.
