no big budget effects, just a guy with guns killing guys, lots of opportunities for big arcs and lots of one time stories.

And lots of violence never stopped anyone, heck I prefer his permanent solutions to batmans sissy ways.

Are we speaking animated series or live-action? Because a live-action series for the Punisher would be more suited if you ask me. Then they could really do his character justice.

I bet this gets 1 mabey 2 seasons before they start flipping times around and cancelling the series like all the rest

Haha! Yeah, they did kind of screw us with Young Justice. Didn't really care for Beware the Batman because I had a hard time getting into it. It was too different.

That is a beautiful action figure!

DC should make their own network and put all the stuff there. The CN has screwed us over many times already. YJ and Green Lantern top the list! BTB was not even given a chance I got really into it.

Was a shame

Why can't we have a real life batman again? If superman pulled it, green arrow as well... c'mon DC!

Well, saying that Smallville and Arrow are good series are somewhat a stretch. For me they are/were quite mediocre.

That is exactly why I hope that the people behind Arrow aren't going to use any character of the Bat-family. It's too soapy for them imo.

We don't need no Batman teen CW drama, just no.

I don't know...I'm a 31 year old guy and I find the Arrow to be pretty damn entertaining and was surprised it was even a CW show because it certainly didn't have a teen drama feel to it. The Arrow sure doesn't feel like an AMC or HBO series of course but it's a lot better than a lot of network t.v stuff.

I have to agree with jeroen, however  I have seen one or two decent arrow episodes, but the majority feel like a teen-soap-love-drama-dawsons-creek.

Oh don't get me wrong, I do like to watch Arrow. But it's just too soapy for the Batfamily. That's why I'm glad that the Gotham series looks more gritty from what we've seen so far and less soapy.

Didn't say they were good :p

I don't completely agree but I also don't disagree! I couldn't see the style of that show fitting in with a Batman T.V series. With a certain main character gone and the tone that season 2 took, I expect season 3 of Arrow to have less of that soap opera feel to it.

As far as acting goes however, I think Stephen Amell would be a good choice for the JL movie if they include the Green Arrow.

Stephen Amell wouldn't fit in at all if you ask me. His acting skills are more suited for TV series than for such a big film. Also, the TV-verse and Cinematic Universe aren't linked with each other in any way.
