Beyond Good & Evil crashing when installing!

hi everyone..

i waited for this game very long time, and now, when i bought it, i have that problem that is driving me crazy.

1st i tried to install the game, inserted 2nd cd for which install program asked, pressed continue, the 2nd cd ended and the install program again asked for 1st cd. i inserted it and it didn't do anything else. i tried to click something, get me task manager, but found out my computer freezed.

after restarting i saw i have shortcuts created in start->all programs. when trying to run settings, it says game isn't installed properly. i then tried to uninstall it (it doesn't appera in Control Panel -> add remove programs), and i got an error:

i press OK and i get another window:

Contact their support for instructions on how to manually remove the game. Then, before installing it again, close ALL PROGRAMS FIRST. Also ensure that your OS meets the requirements for the game.
