permission to release LOTR skin for styleXP

here's my problem...as you can see I've used some Alan Lee black+whites throughout the skin entitled 'Moria' ...I'm trying to contact Alan Lee or anyone who handles his copyright issues to see if I can obtain permission to release this....now I know he sells his prints online through Endicott Studios, however I've received no reply to my emails there. Long shot...but can anyone point me in the right direction here?

just a quick update on the status of this skin

first heres a screenshot:

The skin was finished with a shellstyle and wallpaper about 2 weeks ago...Alas! ..it cannot be released due to the fact I used alot of Alan Lee's artwork and could not contact him for permission...oh well.

      If Ford would stop hiring SUITS to run the company, and put CAR GUYS back in charge perhaps they could do better. Heck, the only CAR they produce today is the Mustang. Hey Ford!       Amazing how some will just jump all over something. Probably the same people that thought Musk was a "tech god" before he saddled up with "bad orange man". Before, they worshiped at his feet, including a lot of so called hollywood types. Now, because he fell off the plantation truck, they toss him under the bus.
