problems with IE6 install

I am trying to install IE6 for last few days it gives me problem when it tries to install VMA (vector graphics) does anyone know how to solve this issue

Also after I am running improperly installed IE it gives me the error and stops

what should I do

I was running IE 6 beta (2530) before this

Hmm ... I had a similar problem when reloading IE 6 build 2462 after I reloaded Windows! So I redownloaded IE 6 Final and I was able to install it without any problems! So, kmaker, try deleting the Windows Update Setup Files folder and re-download IE 6 Final! It should work! If you got any more questions, ICQ me (ICQ#87028626) ! ;)

I have tried to delete the windows update setup files and download the final version again yet it didnt solve my problem

It downloads the update for VML but doesnt install

I have tried uninstalling internet explorer 6 and redownloaded the program again it gives me the same problem it installs every thing except VML

OK! There is only one other thing that you can do, kmaker! And that's to format your hard drive and reload your system!
